Job Summary:

The Quantity Surveyor (QS) is responsible for managing all aspects of the contractual and financial side of construction projects. They ensure that projects are completed within budget, monitor costs and prepare accurate estimates. The QS works closely with project managers, architects, engineers, and contractors to control costs, mitigate risks, and maximize value for the client. They provide detailed cost analysis and track project expenditures throughout the project lifecycle. Strong analytical, negotiation, and communication skills are essential to effectively manage budgets, contracts, and client expectations.
Key Responsibilities:

• Prepare detailed cost estimates, bills of quantities, and tender documents.
• Monitor project costs and manage budget forecasts.
• Conduct value engineering and cost-benefit analysis.
• Administer contracts and handle variations, claims, and payments.
• Collaborate with design and construction teams to optimize project delivery.
• Perform risk analysis and implement cost control measures.
• Report financial performance to General Manager.
Qualifications / Requirements:

• BS Civil Engineering Graduate
• Must be a Licensed Civil Engineer
• At least 2 years experience in quantity surveying; Preferably experience in quantity surveying of aluminum/PVC doors and windows
• Skills: Autocad, Planswift, basic scheduling
