KEY RESPONSIBILITIES
- Source and purchase construction materials, equipment, and subcontracted services based on project requirements.
- Prepare and evaluate canvasses, quotations, and bid comparisons.
- Negotiate prices, terms, and delivery schedules with suppliers and vendors.
- Issue Purchase Orders (POs) and ensure proper documentation.
- Coordinate with project engineers, site teams, and warehouse for material requirements and delivery schedules.
- Monitor supplier performance in terms of cost, quality, and timeliness.
- Ensure purchased materials comply with approved specifications and standards.

- Prepare procurement reports, cost summaries, and savings analysis.
- Ensure compliance with company policies and internal controls.
QUALIFICATIONS
- Must have Bachelor’s Degree in Civil Engineering (REQUIRED).
- Preferably with 3 years’ experience in purchasing or procurement within a construction company.
- Skills Required: construction plan reading, quantity survey, and cost estimation
- Knowledge of construction materials, suppliers, and market pricing.
- Strong negotiation, analytical, and organizational skills.
- Proficient in MS Excel and basic procurement systems.
