Key Responsibilities:

• Submits manifest for incoming and outgoing shipments and checks from time to time with the service provider and shipping lines / airlines for any update.
• Receives fax/email messages for pre-alert for inbound / outbound shipments.
• Verifies vessels/aircrafts arrival and other shipping details from the Shipping Lines/ lading, Manifest, Invoice, Parking List, etc.
• Notifies the broker/consignee regarding their incoming shipments.
• Monitors shipping schedules of shipments and advice concern parties.
• Keeps files and records of all email communications (Soft and hard copy) to and from overseas agents.
• Maintains individual folder/envelope per shipment in accordance with its reference number.
• Sees to it that all shipments folder/envelope data are complete and properly kept.
• Attends to customer inquiries from time to time.
• Answer phone calls from clients inquiring the arrival of their shipments.
• Performs other tasks/duties that may be assigned.
Qualifications / Requirements:

• Customs Administration Graduate or any equivalent program
• At least 2 years in Freight Forwarding and Brokerage
• With experience doing manifest
• Computer Literate / Excellent Communication both Oral and Written
