JOB SUMMARY

The Assistant to the COO provides high-level administrative and operational support to ensure the smooth and efficient functioning of the Office of the Chief Operating Officer. This role requires strong organizational skills, attention to detail, and the ability to handle confidential information with discretion. The ideal candidate is analytical, highly organized, and capable of assisting in financial and operational reporting.

KEY RESPONSIBILITIES

  • Provide day-to-day administrative support to the COO
  • Manage, file, and organize physical and electronic documents
  • Maintain proper documentation and records for easy retrieval
  • Prepare meeting materials, presentations, and reports
  • Assist in preparation of financial summaries and management reports
  • Consolidate operational and accounting data as required
  • Monitor submission of reports from various departments
  • Ensure accuracy and completeness of submitted data
  • Track deadlines and ensure timely submission of deliverables
  • Maintain confidentiality of sensitive company information
  • Assist in process documentation and improvement initiatives

QUALIFICATIONS:

  • Bachelor’s Degree in Accountancy (required)
  • At least 3 years of relevant work experience (preferred)
  • Strong preference for candidates who graduated with honors (Cum Laude and above)
  • Excellent organizational and documentation skills
  • Strong analytical and report preparation skills
  • High level of integrity and confidentiality
  • Proficient in MS Office (Excel, Word, PowerPoint)
  • Strong communication skills (written and verbal)
