| What you’ll be doing: • Providing comprehensive legal advice and services across various practice areas, including corporate, commercial, and regulatory matters • Drafting, reviewing, and negotiating a wide range of legal documents, such as contracts, agreements, and commercial instruments • Ensuring compliance with relevant laws, regulations, and internal policies • Supporting the company’s strategic initiatives, investments, and business development opportunities • Collaborating with cross-functional teams to identify and mitigate legal risks |
| What we’re looking for: • A qualified lawyer with a CPA certification, preferably with at least 5 years of post-qualification experience • Extensive expertise in a wide range of commercial legal practices, including contract law, mergers and acquisitions, corporate structures, and regulatory compliance • Proven ability to provide pragmatic, commercially-focused legal advice to operational staff and senior stakeholders • Strong communication and collaboration skills, with the ability to work both autonomously and as part of a team • Excellent problem-solving and decision-making skills, with a solutions-oriented mindset |
